The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the FIFA U-17 World Cup to be hosted by Nigeria has confirmed reports that the world soccer governing body is not satisfied with the level of preparations for the cadet soccer fiesta. Daily Trust reported last week that FIFA is considering Mexico to replace Nigeria as the host of the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup because of poor preparation by Nigeria.
